In the midst of a $27 million redevelopment project in Bridgeport’s South End, Southwest Community Health Center is proud to welcome its newest health center located at 509 Park Avenue at the site of The Windward Apartments Complex. This brand new facility brings #healthcareforall to the heart of Bridgeport’s South End community while expanding upon the services previously offered at the former Marina Village location. 

Current data from the CDC suggest a disproportionate burden of illness and death among racial and ethnic minority groups. Clearly, there are socio-economic factors associated with this discrepancy….. One of the most obvious factors is access to healthcare. 

This 7,000 sq ft space will house 12 Medical Exam Rooms and 4 Behavioral Health treatment rooms focused on offering comprehensive family medical services including Pediatrics, Adult Medicine, Nutrition, Behavioral Health and Women’s Health.
