Southwest Community Health Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing high quality care that includes medical, dental, and behavioral health services to individuals and families in the Greater Bridgeport area. In addition, Southwest CHC also provides health education, disease prevention programs, community outreach, and enrollment services. We have a variety of finance options available to assure that we accommodate individuals who may not be insured. We strongly believe our clients have the right to a quality of care that meets their own needs regardless of their ability to pay.
