Following guidance from the American Dental Association (ADA) and many states, Southwest Community Health Center is currently treating patients with emergency and urgent dental needs only. If you have an emergency need or need help rescheduling an existing appointment, give us a call at 203-330-6000. We are here to help!

For our patients’ protection, our dental providers are unable to treat patients who arrive and present with a fever, cough or other flu-like symptoms, even in an emergency situation. If you are experiencing these symptoms, you should contact your health care provider immediately.

At our 968 Fairfield Avenue Dental department and at the Paul P. Liscio Dental Center located at 46 Albion Street, preventive, restorative, and rehabilitative dental care is provided by our dentists and dental hygienists.
