School Based Health Centers

SWCHC is located in five (5) Bridgeport city School Based Health Centers (SBHC): Bassick High School, Central High School, Blackham School, Read School and Roosevelt School. SWCHC provides medical care and mental health services at all five sites. Dental hygiene services are provided at four of the five sites, Central High School being the exception. For a student to be eligible to be seen by SBHC staff a student's parent or legal guardian must complete a signed consent form for enrollment at the school.
